WhiteWay provides next-generation indoor navigation, augmented reality guidance, and venue analytics powered by AI. We create digital twins of venues to assist visitors in finding points of interest, navigating inclusive routes, and receiving real-time information.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or interacting with our platform.
• You agree to use the spatial navigation features responsibly and remain aware of your physical surroundings at all times to avoid injury or accidents.
• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or our proprietary digital twin data.
• You must not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionalities, and proprietary algorithms (including but not limited to our AI routing, augmented reality interfaces, and point cloud processing) are owned by WhiteWay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high accuracy in our indoor positioning and mapping, WhiteWay makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy of the routes, or reliability of the points of interest data. You use the application at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WhiteWay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
